What are the delivery charges for orders from our Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on your city, package size, and the shipping company rate. The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order, so you can decide with full clarity. If your address is remote or outside the main service area, the courier may apply an extra remote-area fee, and we will inform you before dispatch.
To keep pricing fair for genuine buyers, delivery charges are non-refundable once the parcel is handed to the courier. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable receiver, or refusal at delivery, the next re-dispatch will require a fresh delivery payment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We support returns and exchanges for eligible items if you report the issue within the given return window after delivery and the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, we will help quickly once we verify the issue.
To keep the process fair for everyone, we may request an unboxing video as proof for damage, missing parts, or wrong items. Products that are used, opened in a way that cannot be resold, or damaged after delivery may not qualify. Personal-care and hygiene items may be non-returnable for safety reasons unless there is a verified fault at delivery.
What payment methods do you accept for online payments?
We accept secure online payment options such as bank transfer and other available online methods shown at checkout. Once you pay, please share the payment screenshot or transaction ID so we can match it with your order and dispatch faster.
For safety, payments must be made only to the official account details shown on our website or shared from our official contact. If payment details do not match the order name or amount, we may pause dispatch until verification is completed, to protect you from mistakes and fraud.
How does order confirmation work (and why do you confirm)?
After you place an order, our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm details like address, landmark, and availability time. This step is for your protection so your parcel reaches the right person without delays, wrong delivery, or missing items.
Orders that cannot be confirmed within a reasonable time may be put on hold or cancelled to avoid courier loss and delivery issues. If you need urgent delivery, please respond quickly to confirmation so we can dispatch on time.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? What are the rules?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in most cities. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery to avoid delays. COD is a convenience for customers, but it also involves real courier costs for the store, so confirmed orders are expected to be received.
If repeated COD orders are refused or returned without a valid reason, future COD availability may be limited, and we may request advance payment for new orders. This helps us keep COD service active for serious buyers and reduce delivery delays for everyone.
